Demonstrated leadership of the organisation and self while setting a clear purpose.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.

Demonstrated courage to challenge the status quo.

TEAM DEVELOPMENT

Demonstrated ability to foster an environment wherein recruitment, diversity, development, and retention of employees are cultivated.
