While regulatory can be a heavy lift, the work that follows, setting the market and driving product adoption, requires the same energy, just a different focus. This harmony across functions is what makes a business thrive.

Currently Toni leads HWA Global, with an eye to being a trusted partner for MedTech companies and candidates equally. She is dedicated to helping secure the right expertise, interim or full-time, to position indivduals and businesses for long-term success.
