HR/P&O IS THE KEY TO
STRATEGY EXECUTION

Employees at three out of every five companies rated their organization weak at execution*
Middle managers spend up to 40%* of their time justifying and reporting upward or questioning the tactical decisions of their direct reports - all seriously impairing the execution power of their organizations.
Research conducted by both Albright and Harvard Business Review, reveal that decision rights are often blurred especially as companies mature. In fact, senior executives in the mature companies often seem to be focused on the organization’s internal workings, overanalyzing issues and second-guessing decisions made at lower levels, costing the company opportunities when markets change or competitors move.
To achieve executional excellence, companies need to clearly establish who is accountable for what and delegate operational responsibility to the people closer to the action while ensuring a direct connection to performance and reward.
In our view, HR/P&O is the key to unlocking the execution power in a company. Besides ensuring the right people, with the right skills, are in the right roles, at the right time, HR/P&O posses a holistic view on decision making processes, accountabilities and flow in an organization. Therefore, this "invitation only event" will bring together a select group of P&O/HR Executives to learn more about how HR/P&O can play a critical role in improving the execution power of their organizations.

GEOPOLITICAL FIRESIDE TALK
Albright's Geopolitical Fireside Talk is designed to bring together executives from Pharma, Medtech and Biotech companies in Denmark for a private and rich conversation about major trends in geopolitics and their impact on companies in the Life Sciences sector.
In the Life Sciences space key words such as de-risking' og 're-shoring' has been on the agenda since Covid, and now more than ever, Life Sciences industry leaders worry about the frosty relations between the US and China and the future relations between the US and Europe, concerned about the associated risks for their businesses.

Health has become a matter of national security in the US and Europe as exemplified by the BIOSECURE Act passed by the US Congress in September 2024. The Act will require pharmaceutical manufacturers to end or adjust relationships with Chinese contract manufacturers, and will have wide reaching consequences also for companies in the Danish Life Sciences space.
At the event, we will navigate the geopolitical landscape, together with US Geopolitical Expert, Rasmus Søndergaard. Rasmus is Senior Researcher at Danish Institute for International Studies and holds a PhD in American History.

BREAKFAST SEMINAR FOR SR. EXECUTIVES & DEALMAKERS IN LIFE SCIENCES

It is critical for the success of companies in the Life Sciences space, that their investors, board and top management are in fact fit and proper to undertake their respective roles. A recent study from Albright Partners A/S reveals, that within the areas of Regulatory/Quality Assurance, Operations/Supply Chain, Talent Management, and Market Access many key decision-makers seem to be struggling with fully getting their arms around the business risks associated with the aforementioned areas. Essentially, reflecting the tremendous complexity that comprise Life Sciences companies.
Unfortunately, the C-suite themselves are also struggling to prioritize their own well-being, in spite of 41% feeling stressed, 40% feeling overwhelmed, 36% feeling exhausted, 30% feeling lonely and 26% feeling depressed. Poor well-being results in poor quality of life and work, impacting both leaders and their workforce, hence investing in well-being at the C-level, not only benefits the C-suite but the entire organization.
